 A Fast Food Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality sandwiches, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the fast food outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Functions

1. Customer Service:

o Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

o Take customer orders and provide information about the menu items.

o Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Food Preparation and Service:

o Prepare sandwiches and other items according to standardized recipes and specifications.

o Ensure the quality and freshness of food products.

o Maintain a clean and well-organized food preparation area.

3. Maintaining Cleanliness and Sanitation:

o Follow proper food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safety of food products.

o Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and workstations regularly.

o Dispose of waste and maintain a clean dining area for customers.

o Monitor and replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.

4. Inventory Management:

o Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including restocking food and beverage supplies.

o Conduct periodic stock checks and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

5. Team Collaboration:

o Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

o Assist in training new employees and providing support as needed.

o Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to maintain a cohesive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

· SNHD Food Handler’s card

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change.

· Physical Requirements:

o Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

o Ability to lift and carry moderate loads (up to 25 pounds).

The Porter involves efficiently managing and transporting goods within the warehouse facility, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of materials to various departments. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed in the warehouse or store area.  The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

1. Material Handling:

o Safely handle, load, unload, and transport materials, goods, and equipment within the warehouse using appropriate tools and equipment.

o Organize and maintain an efficient system for categorizing, storing, and retrieving materials to streamline operations.

2. Inventory Management:

o Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.

o Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely requisition of materials to avoid stock shortages.

3. Delivery and Distribution:

o Deliver materials and supplies to various airport departments in a timely and organized manner, adhering to delivery schedules and priorities.

o Coordinate with department heads to confirm delivery requirements and ensure accurate distribution of materials.

4. Safety and Compliance:

o Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

o Comply with all airport security regulations and procedures to ensure the safety and security of materials and equipment.

5. Equipment Maintenance:

o Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or damage to the Warehouse Supervisor.

o Ensure proper storage and maintenance of equipment to prolong their operational lifespan.

6. Communication and Collaboration:

o Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff, airport personnel, and other departments to facilitate efficient operations and material flow.

o Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and assist in meeting operational goals and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Valid Driver’s License with 3-5 year clean driving history

• SNHD food handler’s card

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed (within safety guidelines).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and their operation.

• Physical Requirements:

o Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.

o Physically fit to perform manual tasks and handle warehouse equipment.

• Working Conditions:

o This position primarily operates within a warehouse setting at the airport, with exposure to varying temperatures and environmental conditions.
